Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization

Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization (HREAO) invites you to our next meeting when three Boston-based Alumnae Real Estate Fund Managers discuss the essential and contrasting elements of real estate fund investing.  We'll meet at WilmerHale at 60 State Street Boston, MA 02109, at 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Friday June 1, 2018.  Coffee, tea and bagels will be served.  The Fund Managers will present their investing strategies and discuss their approach to the steps in the investment process for their very different real estate funds.

The three Alumni panelists are:

·         Elyse Hanson, Blue Moon Capital Partners (www.bluemooncp.com .and http://www.bluemooncp.com/team/#elyse ), who is the Director of Investments at Blue Moon Capital Partners, a real estate fund specializing in senior housing investments.  Elyse is also a member of the HREAO leadership team.

·         Kathy McGilvray, who is the Director of Investment (http://www.mhic.com/) at the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation will be discussing MHIC's Healthy Neighborhood Equity Fund (http://www.hnefund.org/).

·         Leslie E. Greis, Managing Member (http://www.perennialcap.com/index.php/company) of Perennial Capital Advisors, LLC (http://www.perennialcap.com/) will discuss her work at her private investment firm exclusively investing in real estate.
