Please join the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization for a webinar to discuss the future of work. COVID-19 and global shut down has caused mass adjustment in the way people work in a very rapid manner, on a global scale. Logging into the computer replaced the actual commute, and face to face meetings moved to the virtual realm aided by technologies, while office spaces sitting empty. As our lives start to go back to normal, many of us wonder what the “future of work” would be like. How much of this newly learned behavior will stick? What would happen to the empty office spaces? And would office demand go back to the pre-COVID level. The Future of Work panel will be joined by Gary Sorrentino, Deputy CTO of Zoom, Jamie Hodari, CEO of Industrious, and Griffin James, Senior Manager of Deloitte. The panels will discuss how technology, real estate and corporate strategy has shifted during COVID, and impacting rapidly changing ways of work / workspace.
